What is your process?

After checkout, you'll fill out a comprehensive intake form so I can get up to speed on your business, audience, and goals.  From there, we'll have a quick alignment call (or async exchange — your call), and I'll get to writing.

You'll receive a first draft to review, we'll refine it together, and you'll walk away with something ready to use.

Most projects move through in about 3 weeks, depending on scope.

How much time do I need to commit?

Not as much as you'd think. The intake form and our kick-off call do the heavy lifting.

I'll ask about your offer,  your audience, your tone, and any examples you love (or hate).

If you have any existing copy or messy drafts, you can send them as well! The more context I have, the better the first draft will be!

How many revisions are included?

Most services include two rounds of revisions. Each revision includes: draft submission by me, feedback from you, and a revised copy sent back.

Revisions are for refining what's there vs. rebuilding from scratch, so the intake form upfront really matters. If additional tweaks or necessary or the scope shifts significantly, we'll talk about it and come up with a plan. 

Do you handle the technical setup - like loading emails into my platform?

For most copywriting services, I deliver polished, ready-to-use copy — adding it to you website is on your end (or your VA's).

However, if you need help putting into the back-end of your site, we can do that as well!

We offer 2 levels of add-ons:

1) Updating an existing webpage, including minor layout adjustments. 

2) Creating a completely new page design, including supporting images and graphics. 

We can also talk about what level of support makes sense for your situation on our discovery call. 

How much do these services cost?

Each package is $3,600 and includes a one-time onboarding or setup fee of $600.

Can I bundle more than one service?

Yes!  And it usually makes sense to.

A lot of people like to start with the Foundational Website Copy package, and that engagement leads them to a Newsletter setup. 

I don't have a big email list yet. Does that matter?

Not at all. In fact, getting the strategy and setup right early means every new subscriber gets a great experience from day one. Email is one of those channels where quality matters a lot more than quantity. And a small, engaged list beats a big, cold one every time.

I already have some emails written. Can you work with what I have?

Absolutely. Share what you've got and I'll tell you honestly what's working, what's not, and whether we're better off refining or rebuilding. Sometimes a light edit does the job! No need to start from scratch if the bones are good. Just schedule a content assessment to get started! 

What type of businesses do you typically work with?

Small businesses, service providers, consultants, and founders who are great at what they do but don't have the knowledge, time, or capacity to market themselves. I work across industries — from commercial contractors to interior designers to SaaS teams — but the common thread is people who want their marketing to align with their values, be authentic, and build relationships.

How do I know which service I need?

Good question! The answer depends on where you are right now. No system yet? Start with Email System Setup. Got a list, but nothing warming them up? Newsletter Launch. Trying to open new doors? Cold Email. Not sure? Just reach out, and we'll sort it out together!!

Do you offer ongoing support or retainers?

For newsletters especially, yes,  a monthly retainer often makes more sense than buying individual editions.

I also work with clients on an ongoing basis for content strategy and copy support.

If you're thinking longer-term, I'm all in and would love to learn more! 90% of my clients work with me for at least 3 months, and many of them for years :)
