Establish Themes & Topics

Once we feel good about your brand voice and direction, we'll flesh out key themes, topics, and posting frequency in a centralized calendar for planning content across platforms.

To get this organized, we'll: 

  • Build a content matrix and calendar to create a through-line in all your content

  • Design custom Canva graphic templates to match your brand.

  • Develop a repeatable Newsletter outline in Google Docs

  • Set up a process to repurpose content across channels

Create Publish-Ready Content

Finally, we’ll create publish-ready LinkedIn posts and email newsletters that sound like you, reflect your goals and values, AND speak directly to your ideal client.

During this stage, we'll:

  • Write and design 3 Newsletters and 12 LinkedIn posts (including 2 rounds of revisions). 

  • Provide final files and guide you through scheduling and execution with a call or Loom video.

  • Share tools and resources to ensure you can keep up your momentum beyond our partnership!

Based on our strategy session, I'll put together a Brand Messaging Guide, complete with copy templates to ensure a consistent message and a solid foundation

Step 4: Content Calendar

With all the insights we’ve gathered, we’ll create a matrix of relevant themes and topics organized into a calendar, so you have one less thing to worry about!

Step 5: Graphic Templates

We’ll design on-brand Canva templates that match your personality, are optimized for building know, like, trust, and engage your audience on social media.

Step 6: Final Delivery

We’ll walk you through everything we’ve created and deliver all your assets. We’ll ensure you feel confident and equipped to bring your strategy to life!
